Book I'm Reading: A Random Post

Okay, I haven't posted in around a week so I am writting this random post about a book I just started but really like so far; Hex Hall by Rachel Hawkins. Its about a fifteen year old witch who uses her magic multiple times causing all sorts of disasterous scenes that leave people guessing what and who she really is. Her parents decide to send her to Hex Hall, a school for witches, faeries, vampires and shapeshifters. This is as far as I've gotten but i decided to post this because I really like it so far and I would definatley recomend it for anyone who loves YA Fiction literature. I am really excited to do a review on it and I suggest that everyone who is reading this to go check it out! Expect more reviews soon! :)

This may not be the most original book ever but  overall I thought the story line was great and I really enjoyed reading it!

The life of Megan Chase has always been anything but normal, she watched her dad dissapear from her family when she was six and she has never fit  in at school...or at home. When her best friend starts acting overly protective of her and her little  brother starts speaking of creatures under his bed and in his closet more frequently, megan senses that a life  change is approaching, little does she know about how big that change may be.

Overall: I was hooked from the start, I'm a sucker for Alice In Wonderland type books and this book reminded  of one quite vividly. I think the  characters were very complex and really  took a big change in plot quite sommothly. Overall I really enjoyed this book and would recomend it to all fantasy and Alice in Wonderland lovers!!!!!

Waiting on Wednesday- The Iron Knight

This week my waiting on wednesday is Iron Knight, by Julie Kagawa. Many people do not like this series thinking it is un original but I think the oposite! This series actually reminds me alot of Alice in wonderland, Grimlikin and the way there are different worlds with different creatures(I am a BIG fan of Alice in Wonderland) I have only read the first book in this series(review coming soon) but I am very excited to read it, the summery sounds very exciting and a touch romantic. Overall I am very excited to read it!!!!

Okay so first things first... I know I said I was going to be blogging more and I haven't been but that is because I have been away for the last three weeks. Now that I am back home I will be blogging more(actualy- I don't think I spelled that right) So I am seriously sorry.
Now for my WoW....I can't remember If I have done this one before but it is a book that I am shaking over. I loved the first two books in the series and I cannot  wait for the last one.........Silence by Becca fitzpatric.

  When Jane and her longtime BFF Scarlett move to Los Angelas, their lives change only weeks after moving. Being discovered at a club and being asked to star in a new hit TV show, deffinatley not what they expacted. Moving from normal Jane and Scarlett to famous Jane and Scarlett is a challange, especialy when you have 1 co star who could'nt tell a lime from a lemon and another who will do anything for the starlight, even if it means ruening a perfectly innocent Jane who turns out to not be so innocent.

 Overall: LA Candy was amazing! It was awesome from the first page. The scandalous lives of two teenage rising stars is a good way to put it.

I found Jane a very interseting character, as her innocent apperance turns out to not be so innocent. She seemed very fragile and perfect, like a porcelain doll falling for everything even the worst of people could pull over her eyes. Scarlett however was the tough and strong girl, who cared about guys even more than her personal reputation.

I think it was a very good way to discribe the hollywood superstar life in LA. All the blond fakes sounded very realistic. Fantastic, I would recomend it to everyone.......

This is exactly what I was hoping it would be! I LOVE IT!!

Maya is just an ordinary sixteen year old girl living in a small medical research town on Vancouver Island. She doesn't know much about her backround or the paw print birthmark on her hip. She never really thought much about how her adopted family ended up in this town, how all the familys ended up here.... Until now.

wierd thinks are happening in Salmon creek, the wierd deaths, the forest fires and the strange cougars that are attracted to maya. Maybe Salmon creek is not exactly what it seems to be.......

Overall: I loved it alot!The writting was awesome, I love Kelly Armstrong. After reading the drakest powers series, I coundn't wait for this book to come out. The caracters were different in the sense that theres not always the super popular mean group that everybody hates. Hayley barley falls into that because she doesn't sound that mean. She just sounds different and a bit mental when she dosed Mayas drink at her birthday. The friend ship between maya and Daniel was also good because It's not so girly. Sometimes you get tired of that sort of thing.  overall it was awesome! Ans realistic, in a small town on Vancouver Island before, That book kinda explains it.

This book is one of the best I've ever read! I read it a long time ago but it is totally worth reviewing!

On the continant once known as North America, there lies the capitol, surrounded by twelve small districts. The capitol is mean and cruel and keeps the districts in line by sending one boy and one girl to jthe hunger games, A harsh game watched on live T.V where the contenders fight each other to the death. When Prim, Katniss's younger sister gets chosen to compete in the hunger games, kshe feels she has no choice but to take the place of her sister. In the games, survival will weigh out humanity, life and love.

Brilliant! Awesome! There are so many great things to say about this book1 I loved it! the plot was great! I love the futeristic feel to it and the characters were so vived. Team Peeta or Team Gale? The writting was great, I could not stop reading! The writting was great and the ending was so sad. I have never been into books with violence in them, like thiis one. The hunger games seemed different. The violence was different. This book was filled withu emotion and it takes alot to write like that! Amazing!

AWESOME!!!!!!

Charlotte Emerson is a Vampire. She has everything because she's lived for almost a century with Willian, who attracts danger everywhere he goes. Every one envys her of her designer clothes and porshe, her giant house and freedom but she has lived like that for ever. Everything changes when charlotte meets emily and Jared. Emily loves her for who she is. Charlotte has never loved anyone so much. But one day Emily dies and Willim shows up as a substitute teacher in Charlotte's classroom. Something is happening to Charlotte. The tear in her perfect nails, the blemish on her clear face the tears she sheds over Emily and Willian. Mortality has touched her.

Overall: I loved it! I have to say though, don't judge it by it's cover. I have no idea where the peppermint came from. The word peppermint is'nt even in the book!!! I love how it related to real times like the twin towers blowing up and how deep the characters are! I LoVE JArEd!!!

I loved it! It was so sad though. The romance in it was devestating. Brilliant!!!!

After Rose makes the most devestating desision of her life, Lissa or Dimitri, she chooses go to Russia in search of Dimitri. Dimitri, the man she loves and the man she must kill. She will never be the same after Dimitri's awakening but her worries will never go away. Ever since Avery arrives at the Academy,Lissa has been recless, doing things she has never done before. The darkness insode her seems to be growing and  the unoticed spirit user isn't helping. Rose is gyetting pushed out of Lissa's head by someone and she Knows something's wrong. She must get back to the Academy ASAP only when your Strigoi lover has trapped you in a strigoi hideout you can only move so fast.

Overall: I thought this book was great! The deepness and intensity between Rose and Dimitri was sad. All the Romance in it was sad. The Rose and Demitri love was hearthrobing. I think Dimitri was trying to convince her to turn Strigoi for a reason other than because he loved her. He didn't want her because he loved her and that killed her. The Avery, Lissa ,Adrian circle was quite amusing. I never even thought she would be a spirit user! It was FABULOUS!!!

I LOVED IT! The ending was so sad and romantic! I'm glad I had the fourth book with me!

Soon after Roses Strigoi kills, a shodow seems to be following her.  It brings out a terribly dark side of Rose that no one has ever seen before. Ghosts lurk outside the academy gates, including Mason's!

Roses love for Demitri grows still.If she follows her heart, she may need to choose between him and her best friend who needs her now, most of all.

Aftter more Strigoi attack the academy, the school is not garunteed to be safe. Many of the students and teachers are being held captive. Her fortune may not appear the way she thought it would!

Overall: I loved this book. The ending was so sad! Also all of the action oin this one was awesome! It was very deep and the Lissa or Demitri drama was Spellbinding. I LOVED IT!!!:)

Overall: I thought this book was spellbinding, It was fabulous! the plot was thrilling and there was lots of action. Just the idea is chilling.I love the idea that its in the future, its interesting to wonder, in the future how different it will really be!

This book was chilling, I absolutly loved it!

When the Badica family gets attacted by the evil vampire strigoi, things begin to get bad. Not to mention the fact thatthe strigoi are working with humans! It could change everthing. For the saftey of the academy, the school leaves the day after christmas to a royal family's ski resort. When Rose spills to mason about the strigoi hideout in Spokane, thing get really nasty, Especioaly with the strigoi!

Overall: Frostbite was brilliant! Although, the fact that that Rose and Mason were together irked me, the plot was fabulous! The strigoi attack in Spokane was crazy! I loved this book even more than than the first one!!!

I really liked this book, I would give it 4 stars.

15 year old Clary Fray heads out to the pandimonium club in New York city, not expecting to witness a murder, let alone a murder commited by young shadowhunters. Shadow hunters are trained to wipe the earth clean of demons(they don't like Vampires and warewolves very much either)In less then 24 hours Clary is pulled into there world. but when Clarys mother dissapears and Clary is attacted by demons they can't help but wonder why would demons and shadow hunters be interested in her anyways?

Overall. I did really enjoy this book. I would recomend it for action and adventure/fantasy lovers!Jace is sooo awesome.I found it very funny too, the romance triangle was quite amusing at times!Magnus and Alec should totally go out though!I got a bit bored at parts but overall I loved it!

OMG!!! This book is awesome!I swear you could read 100 times and never get bored! 5 stars.

Everyone always believes the societe will make the write dissisions for you, the societe never makes mistakes so when 17 year old cassia sees ky Markham's face appears on the screen instead of Xanders she can't help but wonder. Ky will never get married so it's a problem for both Cassia and Ky when they fall in love.

I loved this book, the plot was great because it seemed to happen in the future.The idea of being ruled by a creul societe that kills people at the exact age of 80 gives me shivers. I hated the ending though because ky goes to war and then you don't get to read Crossed until NOVEMBER!!!

Awesome! I devoured this book in less than two days! I loved it! Definatley 5 stars.

Rose is Vasilissa Dragomir's guardian and best friend. It is Rose's job to keep lissa out of the hands of the evil strigoi, the vampires trying to wipe out the moroi royals. After the tragic incident where lissa's family was killed Lissa is now the only moroi who carries the famous Dragomir name but after Rose and Lissa leave the Vampire Academy everything changes; Rose now needs to train harder then ever with her new mentor Dimitri. Rose and dimitri have feelings for each other but the love is foebidden, They could never be together.

On the other hand after returning to the school Lissa fights to stay sane.All the rumors and Royals are bringing her down, not to mention the dead animals showing up around her. And the insane teacher/ moroi Mrs. Karp, things start to get strange. Lissa's New found talent starts to drive her insane.

Vampires, Danger, Forbidden love, this book has it all!

Overall I loved this book, I thought the writting was outstanding! I loved all the characters, especialy dimitri! I especialy found the setting very interesting because I had never before read a book that took place in Montana. The plot was the very best part! I love the idea of the strigoi and the Royals. The guardians too!I think my favorite caracters were Dimitri and Mrs. Karp! Rose is cool too.

This series is a MUST READ!!!
